Conducted a half-day pre-conference professional development seminar on project management at the 2008 (invited), 2007, 2006, 2005 and 2004 American Planning Association (APA) Annual National Conferences. Facilitated the 2007, 2006 and 2005 Annual Lessons Learned and Best Practices Workshops for the School District of Palm Beach County, Division of Facilities Management. The sessions included the use of wireless keypads to receive real time input from participants. One of three expert panelists for a Audio/Web Conference on project management on January 19, 2005 for the American Planning Association. Conducted one-day workshops on project management at the 2004 and 2003 Florida Chapter of the American Planning Association Annual Conferences. Facilitated a seminar on successful public and private working relationships at the 2004 Florida Chapter of the American Planning Association Annual Conference. Facilitated a workshop on successful public and private working relationships at the 2004 Florida Recreation and Parks Annual Conference. On July 20, 2002 Mr. Clark was a volunteer facilitator at Listening to the City, a town meeting of approximately 4,500 New York residents designed to provide input on the design of the World Trade Center memorial and redevelopment plans for Lower Manhattan.
