Terry A. Clark brings over 25 years of project management and line management experience to his organization and employee development training and consulting work. His "real world" experience includes Vice President in Charge of Planning for an environmental engineering and planning consulting firm as well as working at state, regional and local levels of government. Mr. Clark has also worked as an internal employee development consultant for the largest water management district in Florida.

Mr. Clark created StaffConnections, LLC to reflect his belief that employees who are connected to the mission and vision of their organizations create success. He brings a unique combination of project-driven experience and a passion for employee and organization development.

Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science degree in Geography, and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) through the American Planning Association and is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by the International Association of Facilitators. A qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Mr. Clark is also an adjunct instructor in the Organizational Management Program at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is author of the book Project Management for Planners: A Practical Guide published in 2002 by the American Planning Association. Mr. Clark specializes in providing services in the areas of:
